Welcome to Studio Tokano. By accessing or purchasing from our store at www.tokano3dsvg.shop, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Digital Products
All products sold by Studio Tokano are digital files (SVG, DXF, AI, PNG, PDF and related formats) intended for personal and small commercial use with cutting machines and design software. No physical goods will be shipped.
2. License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for your own personal or small commercial projects. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original files
- Claim the designs as your own
- Use the files to create digital products for resale (e.g. selling SVG files on other platforms)
3. Instant Delivery
Files are delivered digitally and made available immediately after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your software or cutting machine before purchasing. Product descriptions clearly state which file formats are included.
4. Refunds
All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs remain the intellectual property of Studio Tokano. Purchase of a file does not transfer ownership or copyright of the design.
6. Limitation of Liability
Studio Tokano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital files. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
