Hi, I’m Ulla—the designer behind Studio Tokano. At heart, I’m an artist, and I’m happiest at my drawing tablet turning new ideas into original shadow box SVGs and layered laser cut files.

Every design begins with my own drawing. I carefully develop the artwork into clean, organized layers that makers can cut with electronic cutting machines like Cricut and Silhouette, or any laser cutter. In my own studio, I work with a laser and focus on what I know best: creating distinctive layered designs that are beautiful to make and display.

The Studio Tokano Facebook group is a friendly, maker-led community where members share their projects, exchange machine-specific tips and generously help one another. I’m also always happy to answer questions about my designs and files—you can reach me by email, Facebook or Etsy.
