Refund policy

At Studio Tokano, all products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the files have been made available for download.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a non-tangible, digital product that is immediately accessible after payment.
• Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available and where you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
• No refund, exchange, or cancellation can be processed after the download link has been activated.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing or downloading your files, please contact us at [your contact email] within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incompatibility with your cutting machine or software (please check file formats before purchasing)
• Accidental duplicate purchases (contact us and we'll review case by case)
